General Information

Purpose of Club

"The University of Guyana Chemistry Club is a dynamic student-led organization dedicated to advancing scientific literacy and passion for chemistry across Guyana. Through seminars, school outreach programs, and hands-on learning initiatives, we empower students with knowledge, inspire future scientists, and bridge the gap between academia and industry. Our goal is to ignite curiosity, foster innovation, and build a vibrant community of science enthusiasts."

Who can Join?

Open to:
Students (any major, UG or other institutions) interested in chemistry.
Faculty members (professors, researchers, lab instructors).
Science professionals (alumni, industry experts, mentors).
High school students (for outreach events or mentorship).
No prior expertise required—just enthusiasm for science!

$2500 for the academic year (Students)
$4500 for the academic year (Lecturers)

Payment Plans & Deadlines:

Payment can be made in full or increments. If paid by increments the invoice or receipt will be made available after the subscription is fully paid.

Deadline for Club Subscriptions:

Before the end of final academic semester.
